Here’s another look I did for fun with Chaos from Urban Decay’s Vice palette, this time on my sister (whose thirteenth birthday is later this month)! I created a traditional smoky eye with shades of silver and grey on her top lid and lined her lower lashline with the brilliant blue Chaos, winging it up at the edges. I paired this dramatic look with soft pink lips and cheeks to avoid taking the spotlight away from the bright blue shadow.
